Bang Onn's recent disembarkation from this physical world brought me thinking without respite that we are indeed the sum of our deeds, good - or bad.
People would normally forget, but sometimes that helping hand extended to someone else does wonders to their life, and yours, so much so that it changes the courses of both for years to come.
The point is that humans should be kind to one another and never stop helping out. To prosper both spiritually and physically, we have to have our support system. At least a kind word of gratitude - to spur the effort and propel it further. It's like a chain letter, the further it goes, the higher its probability to effect a positive change in somebody's life.
So next time, if you see someone in need - anyone, just ask them: "Is there anything I can help you with?".
We have to stop turning a blind eye.
