Citibank My A**..

When I went to the States a couple of years back, I got my brother to apply for me a supplementary card from Citibank.

Never got it, not a single letter on it ever received.

Checked my acounts recently, and BAM! The record's there, I am listed as a card holder.. WTH!

So just now, I called them up at 03-2383 0000 (I have a Savings A/C and Phone banking service) and told them to stuff the card up their a**.. Well, actually I told them to cancel it, heheh..

Spoke to Ms. Nida, and she just said "OK, sir. I'll do that for you.."

No Resistance at all. Wow!
